Leaders do worn out, and even Leaders in the bible are not perfect, but, God use them as a vessel of honor for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Glory and Salvation!
God was with Moses yet, he can not carry the burden of the people that is why He appointed other leaders to help him. Deuteronomy 1:13 Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you.
Jeremiah who is unwilling and do not want the responsibility God has given him because he is young. But, he continued the responsibility God had ordained him to do.

God’s purpose is to get people out of the earth to go to the Kingdom of God, and it will not be operated in force but, is operated in “Love.” He who lives in the Lord is one Spirit with Him. Not “On your Own,” but Christ Jesus living in us! His love is in us, so, please don’t disregard it! We have to respect each other especially to those who are in the church of God. We are a “sheep”and we should not allow ourselves to condemn another “sheep,” for we have one SHEPHERED and that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are only a vessel use for Jesus Glory...all the Glory and Thanksgiving belong to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the coming KING!

Don't base your value on what people says about you, God has invested alot in your life, He died for you.
Dont base your worth on how people treated you. We are His Child and He love us. Everyone of us is equally valuable to God.
There are just some people who are deeply in pain put their misery and pain to other people....people who hurt you just forgive them. Do'nt hold on to your bitterness unresentment just let it go, so you could be whole and healed.
HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO FORGIVE OTHERS? ....Learn to forgive yourself also and move on so you will be healed.
Matthew 18:22 Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

Yesterday’s fellowship in inner strength was full packed with youth leaders, pastors, young professionals and believers alike. Everyone gave their testimonies. One pastor says even though he struggles the worldly problems left and right, but, his inner strength is renewed day by day by the Lord, the fleshly body is dying but the inner man within is strengthen by the Holy Spirit.

What is Honor?
To regard or treat with honor, esteem, or respect; to revere; to treat with deference and submission; when used of the Supreme Being, to reverence; to adore; to worship.
“Honor in this context has to do with recognizing what a person is worth, celebrating who they are and what they have accomplished, and making room for them according to the God-given honor they deserve. Honor is an offshoot of worship. The greatest example of worship is when a person worships God as their Creator in song, words, actions, and in having no other god before the one and true God.” //J M
